New Vid - Stand

So, remember when I asked for a little help from ya'll, the flist? I asked for specific moments in SG-1 when the team took a stand for what they believed in, or when they seemed to be at the end of their run...


Well, putting several of ya'll's suggestions together with the ideas I already had, I managed to throw a nice little vid together. It took a lot more work than my other previous vids but surprisingly it only took about two days to get it together (and that's WITH watching AOT twice on Tuesday, when the majority of it was worked on)...


Like I mentioned last week, the vid is dedicated to my flist, especially to the specific friends who gave me the ideas that were put to use in the vid! I thank you very much! *huggles flist*

Yeah, I REFUSED to make it until I was sure I had clips for everyone b/c there is NO WAY this song can be done to only one of SG-1!

This is fantastic! Great song, perfect for SG1, and a really nice selection of clips. I did notice the music seemed to skip once or twice while I was playing it (I downloaded), but maybe that's just a technical thing on my end. But great editing. You really captured the way the characters never stop going no matter what. :)

Yeah, it's not just on your end - the music does skip in a few places. For some reason, when WMM was making it into a movie, the music got messed up a little. *shrugs*

yay! thank you! glad you enjoyed it!Those are my two favoritest things from the series, so of course they had to work their way into the vid!

And I honestly think the Cam parts came out the best...making this vid, I seemed to find a deeper passion for Cam ;P

*SIGH* just watched it for like the millionth time. Since Diego & Dora is on and Luke is at school I have some time. Plus I was falling asleep on the couch. LoL.

And I keep meaning to tell you... guess which weekend, out of the entire YEAR, Rascal Flatts will be in CT. I was like YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! *sigh* There's always next year!

Seriously there's always next year! I mean, Come ON, I know Rascal Flatts (which i so recently called Rachulent Flatts) is LVOE, but Michael, Ben, and Lexa are even more LVOE and you know it!

Just came across this (a little late, I know) :) I actually have an SG-1 team vid to this song by a different artist on my computer, but one of my disappointments with it has always been that it didn't include Cam and Vala - so it always felt incomplete. So you don't know how happy it made me to find yours that had everything I wanted in it :) Fantastic job!

I was very adament that I included all of SG-1, INCLUDING Cam and Vala because they are both quinticential members of the team, and a song like that needs to encompass the ENTIRE SG-1! (And to tell you the truth, I think the Cam parts in the vid are my favorite... they just fit so beautifully to the song!)


I'm glad I could give you everything you wanted with this one - it's probably my favorite of the ones I've made so far, so it makes me happy to know people like it like I do! XD
