Like Shooting Stars

Because, of course, Shanks and his amazing acting amazingness made me want a new header...which is a big deal b/c I seriously didn't think anything would come between me and that Rommie layout...I loved it greatly and it was the perfect thing to get all made and up before Lord Danny's brain died.


But now we've moved on...


So, thoughts on the new layout??

Since I have started 'marathoning' Andromeda recently, have once again realized how much I really love the show, and felt like it was time for a new layout, I went and made one.

And was pleased to find two very GOOD quality shots of Rommie to use for the header.

Plus, one of the two Andromeda icons I've had on my journal since forever matches nicely with the layout - how convenient is that?! (Doesn't mean I didn't add a few more - I've always felt I needed more Rommie icons...she IS my favorite character, after all!) Also, the color change for the layout was EXTREMELY simple. Awesomesauce!

So, thoughts??

Thanks to scifi_tv_addict , who made this lovely header and  default icon, I now have a layout that was ultimately inspired by my fic Worth It! *dances*


So I know I didn't make the header or anything, but how does it look color-wise? I just spent the last 2 hours trying to get it as right as possible...

Well, LJ finally cooperated with me and I was able to change my header to my X-mika themed one! *dances*


And to make it that much more perfect, the Stop and Stare color theme works PERFECTLY with it, so I didn't have to make any adjustments to the theme! (which is always time consuming and frustrating!)


So dear flist, what do you think of my new header??? XD

Well, I WAS going to change my layout and put up my shiny new X-mika header and all that good stuff, but alas LJ wants to NOT cooperate with me, and won't let me work on the CSS page to do just that.


So for now, I'm back to using my Stop and Stare layout, since it's the layout template I'll be using when I can FINALLY get the X-mika one up.


And i think my new header is great and  I can't show it of!! *pouts*

So I know I just did it a few weeks ago, but I suddenly got the urge to make a new header last night - and this is the finished product....


Also tweeked the colors to match, as well as did a Default Icon to match, so coming to y'all for opinions and thoughts...
