weirtoo asked me if I could make something with both Shanks AND Lexa on it like my desktop for them to sign at Dragon*Con. Still feeling in a creative mood, I agreed. And then she started getting all excited and wanted to send me all her VanCon pics of Shanks' panel so I could work with those (she was intending to send/give them to me anyways). Aaaanywho, these two pieces came out of her requests -

So I figured I'd post a little while comtemplating a Valentine's Fic that could possible top last year's without being over the top. It's actually quite difficult! I really don't have too much to talk about, but it's better than having back to back twitters...
Guess the biggest update is I finally was able to get the audio from the trailer I plan to 'redo' for the Kawoosh challenge. That had been my biggest problem up until yesterday (actually, finding a wmv download of it was the first problem. It does me no good having it on iTunes if I can't get it OFF iTunes). So now my entry is started, and just over half finished - there are some parts I'll have to tweek, and of course it's not gonna be PERFECT (but who expects that in challenge like this??). I'm just glad it's started and seems to have serious potential because I was beginning to think it wouldn't get done at all...
And the combination of clipping Pegasus Project for the vid, and listening to songs on shuffle on Little Remmie inspired this to be made:
I have a busy day tomorrow. Got my ANT2100 class at 12:30, then i have to come back and do the homework for the same class that's do tomorrow by midnight. Then it's work on Draft 3 for the ENC paper. I also have to read last week's lab and print out this week's. The rest of this week was supposed to be busy, but thankfully my HUM exam was moved to Monday so I can hold off on studying for that until this weekend.
The last thing, I guess, is I'm planning to start doing fabulous things with my hair. Yesterday, I had a random updo, and today I did pigtails (simple, but something more than just leaving it hanging down). We'll see how long the urge to be hair creative lasts. Might not even make it as far as tomorrow... *shrugs*
That's it for now - LJ is being obnoxious and can't keep up with how fast I'm typing for some reason, and it's annoying the fuck outta me!
