"It's the only way to L.A. that she knows..."

Yesterday's back to back tweet post was, as the last one, not intentional. I had really planned to be home in time to post before the tweet post was...posted (I fear there is too much use of the word 'post' in that sentence!).

But as usual, my original plans never go as...planned.

( In which I rant about nastiness *bleh* )

Now for other news:

We have lost one of our kittens. Think Nanny laid on top of her poor little baby and killed it. So sad, too, because it was such a sweet little kitteh. Named it Nemo. *sniff* In other kitteh drama, Sikozu has not been being nice to Fiona. No idea why, really. I honestly think Fiona is instigating it, and then crying like a baby when Sikozu tries to show her who's boss. I know it's just normal cat stuff, but seeing as we go on vacay in a week, I don't want to come home and find Fi bleeding to death b/c Sikozu showed her who's boss just a little too much while unsupervised!

Have started up reading the Burn Notice novel again. I went back and decided to just start from the beginning (wasn't very far in, so it's not like it's a big deal). And it's not that the book is horrible - it's actually very good and very in character. I just got swamped with RL stuff and the Twitterwebz this past month...plus trying to stay on top of other things. I plan to do some serious catch-up reading this week and hope to have the book knocked out by the time we're ready to head off to FL.

I think I've decided to vid Rock Star. I'll have to see what Madre has decided about me using her laptop to vid, and if I have the right selection of clips to do it, but it's definitely what I'm leaning towards at this point.

SPEAKING of laptops, another new plan concerning Lord Danny's wellbeing. Smurfinator is taking me to Sam's tomorrow (which is where I got Lord Danny) since my warranty is still good. We are going to see what they say. I think what they'll probably tell me is it's just worth it to invest in a new laptop (possibly replace Lord Danny). At this point, I don't really care. As long as I get my own laptop back within the next few weeks, I'll be happy with whatever is decided on. I can't do this sharing business for much longer or I'll go wonko!

Okie donkie - there is something else I need to say, but it is of a PSA-nature, so it deserves it's own post altogether!
