Why I decide to take on these sort of tasks at MIDNIGHT is truly beyond my own comprehension...
I come forth bringing the other Dala LVOE child of mine known as...WANTED!! *WOOOOHOOOOO*
This series sprung forth from the Kisses chapter entitled 'Wanted' (go figure), and follows that darker AU storyline. It is grittier and sexier, and involves are beloved couple drinking too much and smoking too much, and getting a little naughty... and it is pure FUN!
All my reference points for this are such things as Pirates of the Caribbean Lets just rip myself off and repost how I described it on ff.net:
Good reference material would be things like Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Firefly/Serenity, Farscape (places where you'll notice I'll draw things from... those movies and shows are a true passion, so...)
To explain where Daniel and Vala stand in the mix of it all - They are kinda like the Robin Hood types (a mix between the Kevin Costner version and the Mel Brooks version -wicked grin-), but also have that Jack Sparrow type selfishness about them. They want to help the people, but always find a way to satisfy their own needs at the same time.
**And thankfully, in this one case, it is only at 23 chapters currently...so it shouldn't take me two hours like reposting Kisses here took....**
Onto the fic:
Sidenote: First Chapter is what was first put in Kisses.
Series Warnings: Constant bad language(almost completely on Daniel's part :P), excessive alcohol/tobacco use, graphic images, drug use, and DEFINITE Jonas Quinn bashing for one chapter (and possibly more to come!)
