So I just got back from seeing Angels & Demons at the SLC...


...Yeah, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement! I'm just...idk how to describe it.


See, I can usually go into a movie like this objectively. I understand there will be differences between film and novel and try to think of them as two separate entities.


But coming off of The Da Vinci Code, I had HIGH expectations for this movie. Ron Howard was pretty damn true to the Da Vinci Code book, so I figured he'd do the same with Angels & Demons.


WOWSERS...yeah...nevermind.


They basically ass-raped one of my favorite books.

Definitely don't waste it. I'm glad I never paid money to go and see it over the summer (DEFINITELY glad I put the money towards seeing Star Trek two more times instead! XP).


It's a downright shame in my opinion b/c A&D is the better of the two books.
